This is Lonesheep, a free site which explores the PECS communication system. All information on this site is free and contains a collection of work I am undertaking with my son to help him communicate with the outside world in a more positive way.

With this purpose I mind and not being able to find any cheap or free applications which I could use to create custom PECS cards, I wrote Card Creator.  With this charityware (nearly free) application you can generate PECS symbol cards and worksheets as when when required by using you own images or images cut/paste from other applications of the internet.

This is a charityware application in which all money raised by people registering the application goes to Autism charities.  The application can be used completely free but will display a nag screen until a small (£2.50) is received.

I'm in the process of ensuring that the application supports the mono framework, thereby supporting Windows, Linux and OS-X platforms, as well as offering multi-language support.
